Ivan Žežula is a Slovak mathematician and university teacher who, in 2001, published a brief article on the Slovak education system, titled “Zastavte to šialenstvo v školách!” (“Stop That Insanity in Schools!”), in the SME daily. The article impressed me so much I translated it (along with readers' feedback) into English.
